    Scout Skilling


    Scout Skilling makes it possible to improve the values of the youth players that will be found in the future. The chances can be improved that a youth player is younger, has more talent or more abilities. The number of skill points that can be awarded is controlled by the size of the hall and there are daily costs that are displayed. Skilling can be changed at any time.


    Note: Scout Skilling does not affect the probability of finding a new youth player, this is controlled by the Scout's abilities.



    Examples:


    If you set the scout skilling age to level 2, you have a 22.66% chance that your new youth player will be 10 years old. In level 6 the probability is already 34.66%, so in level 6 this is about twice as much as without scout skiing or put another way: Without scout skiing every sixth time a youth player comes at the age of 10, while with maximum level (level 6) about every third player will be a 10-year-old youth player. These are the maximum values and everything in between are gradations of these and also affect the other age values.


    With the talent and the abilities it looks a little more complicated, since we work here because of the larger values with ranges. Those who skill their scout in talent at level 3 have a probability of 19.66% that their talent will be in the range of 25-30.


    So level 6 in Skills means that every single skill value has a 34.66% chance of being in the 18-26 range.




    More abilities possible


    Skills are different from age and talent in that one skill can produce higher values than another. We have implemented this in such a way, since the skills have no influence on the youth player as a result of his development. However, age and talent also have a positive effect on the development of the player in subsequent years.


    With level 6 Skilling with the abilities of the Scouts a youth player can reach on average 176 points (all 8 abilities added), while without Skilling only 128 points are possible.


    For each expansion level of the hall you get 2 points to skill, i.e. with the largest hall you can give the current maximum of 12 scout skills, so you can fully skill two of the three areas.


    The bet costs 25,- Euro per day, per scout and per skill. If you have 3 scouts and want to assign 4 skills, you pay 300,- Euro per day for the skill. As written, one can change this at any time and the costs are interactively indicated.
