    the summer hole is soon over and we were not as lazy as it may seem ;)


    That's why there will be an update on Thursday afternoon, this time mainly laying another cornerstone for attracting new players.


    Preliminary information: We have already set up a proxy server to China via Weber eBusiness Services GmbH, as described in the failed crowdfunding. It now redirects accesses coming from the mainland of China directly to our Chinese domain https://www.乒乓球经理.cn . So now accesses from China should be faster and the game should hopefully be playable in China. As soon as the new update is live, we will have it tested from China and then the marketing can finally start there.


    We have removed the e-mail address from the first registration mask (landing page) in order to remove this entry barrier to the game. Especially new players, who come via the app, are surprised about the query of their e-mail address and we hope to lower the unknown bounce rate before a registration in the game. It also makes registration a little faster and easier. However, we have to query the e-mail address in the game, because without it it is not possible for us to assign a player unambiguously to e.g. support requests for a password recovery to ensure. So new players can now get a taste of the game without having to enter an email address and then have three days to decide if they want to stay or not.





    From now on only the most necessary basic functions of the game will be shown to a new player after registration. In the following five game days all further functions will be added and there will be an additional info every day to make it easier to find your way into the game. By this slimming down we want to facilitate the entrance into the play and reduce the Abrpungrrate due to the meanwhile high complexity of the play. Especially on the first day of the game, many players jump out because they are overwhelmed by the wealth of functions and don't feel like working their way in.

    Since our crowdfunding was not successful, but the interest in discount campaigns has already been expressed before, we have now integrated the possibility for me to start discount campaigns for premium memberships and game currency in the game. There will soon be one to finance the proxy server and then irregularly on special days. But not too often ;)





    We have now integrated the player ID in the player information, so you can clearly distinguish players from each other, e.g. when trying to trick using the same player name.




    Improvements, some of which are already online:

    • If you click under my auctions your own players are displayed correctly now

    • Solved problem with Live Ticker on Server 2
    • Some bad translations have been improved
    • Fixed bug with too little talent in new players
    • Fixed new problems with Alipay, should finally work and will be tested when it's live
    • The double tactic is now set individually for each player, so the bug with the double tactic is also fixed.
    • The bug with a jump in player development has been fixed
    • The new special training is now also included in the daily balance sheet
    • The automatic friendly match acceptance was separated from each other (adults/youth/fun).
