Sponsors / Revenue from sold tickets

I started today and I'm a bit confused.

I wanted to pick sponsors and contrary to what is said in the help menu (which says this is only offered after the 5th day), I was able to pick a sponsor based on my rank in the league. But I was not able to sign a contract with a daily or seasonal sponsor since it says that no contracts are available.

I then hoped to get some income by challenging others. I didn't hear back from many within an hour but finally got two games in the fun challenge and one in the normal challenge. In the fun challenge, I can challenge one more team but in the normal challenge, I cannot since it says I could only challenge one team per day although some lines below, it says like in the fun challenge "2/3 challenges left".

Additionally, I checked my cash flow in statistics and saw that I only got income from sold tickets for the normal challenge, nothing for the two fun challenges. Will I get some revenue from them in the morning calculations or is there no income from fun challenges?

My team is also not full since I only have three young players like all who just started the game. What is the best way to get a fourth young player? I thought of hiring a scout but that seems to be quite expensive.

Wulfman It might help to reflect this in the help texts so that new players who start during those 2 days know why they can't find these sponsors.

Because I tried to accept youth challenges automatically but the game said I could not because I don't have the needed players. I also thought that it would help me later if I have at least four youth players now because they get a lot of training until they are ready to become regular players.

I thought of something like "can be signed at any time except for the two days off season" instead of any time but that's for you to decide.
