    I'm a new manager out of Belgium. Not a big follower of the game, more a motorsport freak myself, but I can enjoy it if I would watch it. And I'm a fan of manager game.


    Now I have a question in regards to training. I read the manual(s) and was quite interested about the part of making your player(s) offensive, defensive or allround. My question: are there certain things that leans more to either one of them? I don't expect a whole manual, but just a small basis where I can start from would be appreciated. :)
