I've been pretty silent lately, so here's a quick end-of-year message from me:
My mood has pretty much plummeted in the last few weeks. The reason is not the table tennis manager or the unsuccessful China experiment, but the restrictions due to the Corona virus. I can no longer do many of my hobbies (tennis, table tennis, volleyball and dancing), which I actually need as a balance to my otherwise very extensive computer time. So I not only miss the physical exercise, but also the social contacts that go with it. As a result, I have unfortunately become uncreative and listless.
But I don't want to whine here, but rather tell you that there is a reason and perhaps one or two others can relate to it. You are not alone.
However, there is also good news: It looks like I've found a new programmer for the game and so I'm looking positively into the future and hope that the Pandemic spook will soon come to an end.
In 2021, I definitely want to get back on track and already have a few things in mind that I'd like to implement next year:
- Eliminate known bugs
- Bring the bonus back into the game
- Improve the demands
- Add social logins
- Add translations into the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese
- Get rid of popups to aim for a Steam implementation in the long run
Until then, I wish you a Merry Christmas and hope you survive the upcoming lockdown and virus well.
